Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 14 day return and refund policy.
Returns:
Your order number is required to process a return authorization and your request for return must be made within 14 days of delivery as confirmed by the shipping agent. Items must be in as new condition with original packaging and all inclusions (i.e light bases, power supplies). When your return authorization is approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions via email. Authorized returns must be shipped within 5 business days to: CASHMAN CRYSTAL, 6295 South Pioneer Way, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89113.
Please note: Cashman Crystal does not provide return shipping.
Refunds:
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the original cost of purchase inclusive of design fees, sales taxes, and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only to the credit card used for the transaction. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on credit card statements. If your return is not in as new condition with original packaging and all inclusions, a partial refund no higher than 85% of original cost to purchase will be issued.
