Our Guarantee

Cashman Crystal is committed to your satisfaction. We guarantee our products to be free from defects or damage (i.e. cracks or chips) from the manufacturing process or mishandling in transit. We also guarantee you will receive the items you ordered with the design you requested. If we fail to meet either guarantee, we offer the following no cost remedies to ensure your satisfaction with your order.

Defects and Damage:

We guarantee your laser engraved crystal products will be free of manufacturer flaws and defects when they arrive at their destination. Please inspect your order within 14 days of receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or defective. We will ask you to provide photos of any damages or defects for evaluation and, if warranted, we will remake your order and ship it to you at no added cost.

Incorrect items received:

We strive to ensure accuracy when fulfilling your laser engraved crystal. Please inspect your order within 14 days of receipt and contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item (i.e. the wrong size or shape crystal). We will ask you to provide photos demonstrating the wrong item or size received and, if needed, remake your order and ship it to you at no added cost.

Return and Refund Policy

In addition to no-cost remedies to address damage, defects, and incorrect items, we offer a 14 day return and refund policy.

Returns:

You may start a return request either by finding your order in you account history  and follow the return authorization instructions or by filling out a return authorization form. Your order number is required to process a return authorization and your request for return must be made within 14 days of delivery as confirmed by the shipping agent.  Items must be in as new condition with original packaging and all inclusions (i.e light bases, power supplies). When your return authorization is approved, you will receive and RMA number and return instructions via email. Authorized returns must be shipped within 5 business days to: CASHMAN CRYSTAL, 6295 South Pioneer Way, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89113.  Please note: Cashman Crystal does not provide return shipping.

Refunds:

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the original cost of purchase inclusive of design fees, sales taxes, and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only to the credit card used for the transaction. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on credit card statements. If your return is not in as new condition with original packaging and all inclusions, a partial refund no higher than 85% of original cost to purchase will be issued.
